Let the next non-violent revolution of human civilisation begin with the decentralisation of our institutions; from credit unions to employee-owned businesses, let us return back as much power to the people as possible, return us to the state of grassroots decentralised democracy, whereas the ability of oligarchs to control our lives through massive corporations governed by self-interested ‘gentlemen’ play us like pawns and they the kings, yet they forget a great whole of the world through off the yolk of direct and sanctioned dictatorship of oligarchs and monopolists. Government is a catalyst to our woes, and only becomes an issue when unnecessarily centralised when the centralisation is on balance less efficient for the whole of society (and country). But we cannot rely on government to ignite the revolution for us, especially as it is based in the old order of capitalistic individualism promoting 'business as usual’. Capitalists charge us with claim of redistribution of wealth, but is not capitalism itself, through the creation of the ultimate and key tenet of exploitation, itself redistribution of wealth? Is not when we spend our earned wages on products and services that it is the owners and corporate entities in which arbitrarily choose what 'their cut is’, what they shall take from us and redistribute into their tax haven bank account? We, here in the States, have 'social insurance’ taxes taken out of our wages, and curse the government, but do we not also wonder, perhaps, what our pay would look if there was no profit necessary, and it was redistributed back to the workers’ based upon their need not want? My great-great (and so forth) ancestors survived the last ideological revolution of liberalism (with its tag-along virus capitalism) throughout the world that turned autocracies and monarchies into presidential republics and parliamentary democracies; and I hope that I can be part of the generation that pushes us forward into the new ideological revolution, may it connect us more to each other everyday, so that distant friends may soon realise they are close neighbours in this land we call Earth.

Warning, Ideological Rant below:
“When you finally reach the front of the pack
There’s nothing there, just an endless barren track
It goes on and on
You know what?
Let’s get disqualified!
And I’m thinking that they must have missed the point” - Rat Race, Enter Shikari

These words make my skin tingle every time I hear these lines. This modern-day consumerist capitalism not only consumes our lives through constant demand of the social demand of the consumption of goods produced but also puts our environment and natural resources to a slow roasting burner, ever-increasing its temperature the what it loses. People today don’t understand that our world is slowly becoming more bloated and overpopulated, disregarding the fact that there are still children in developing countries who die everyday from things long conquered by “Westernised” nations such as ours, and furthermore I find it absolutely horridly immoral that people continue to bring in more humans into our world while we don’t care enough to try and take care of our own. I find it horrid that people, in order to survive, must dedicate often more than half of their waking hours to the production of capital in which their labour is horrendously exploited by the bourgeoisie. The point of the lyrics to me is to show that we shouldn’t have to work so many hours where the thing we most do is work, more so than sleep. We work ourselves to death, because we have to pay for the right to live on this Earth that we inherited from our ancestors. Before institutionalised land ownership, the only work required to live on this Earth is to grow the food or find the food for yourself, and the eventual demise of this system of living is one of humanity’s worse mistakes. Instead of taking the technology that science had brought forth and using it to improve the condition of natural human man’s existence (that of allowing them more free time), instead what is done is that land ownership is institutionalised and therefore ‘payments’ made to the owner, and one becomes dependent upon the landowner (because common land ownership apparently was not feasible to the ruling elite) and therefore creates the master-slave attitude which persists today through the relationship of the proletariat and the bourgeoisie. One of Capitalism’s biggest faults is the practice of Land Speculation. The problem with Land Speculation is that one speculates that land shall be valuable one day, and then therefore 'charges’ more capital than land not expected to be 'valuable’ to businesses. While this EARNS more money for the current owner of the land it, however, does not CREATE capital by any means, because there was nothing done to it to produce more goods. Point is, socialism shall be the wave of the future, and whether that is sooner than later, it shall happen. Humanity will soon be forced to look at what Capitalism has left us in the 300 years of its predominant reign on our system of life, economics, and social system; an overpopulated world that only demands more consumption every day with every person, dwindling natural resources which will result in resource wars in which those with the most natural resources accumulated shall manage to win, an environment terribly damaged which shall lead to only more frequent and devastating natural disasters, and finally a disconnection between the human race, resulting in two different distinct human Races; those who have the natural resources in the end to survive and have always have and have a distinct culture which is more “refined” (which shall make up a small percentage of it) and those who have historically have not had great amounts of capital generated over decades or centuries of exploitation and live day-by-day, wage-by-wage, hoping for that extra 40 or 50 extra dollars so they can go see a specialist. You have done well keeping the people either asleep, ignorant, misinformed and filled to the brim with propaganda bullshit about trickle-down-economics, philanthropy, and any sort of humanistic form of capitalism; the only way forward is through democratic socialism that will regulate businesses to ensure that when the people suffer, it is not businesses who profit; that when children die through starvation, the food industry does not profit; that when families die from drone strikes and armed conflict/terrorism, the arms industry does not profit. A socialism that shall ensure that just like how we have one human race, we have one economic class, so that all are interconnected and do not become alienated from each other. I believe it is my life’s purpose to prove this true. While I did say this was an ideological rant, I believe the only way to do this is not to write a pretty rallying cry for “Socialism now!” but through a mastery of Economics and Political Science, to prove that it is true through evidence. This is my life’s purpose, while PM/Chancellor of the Exchequer my ambition. I know some may not agree, but I believe it more than just in my head I believe it in my heart, and one day, when I am ready, I shall take my case to the world and possibly be consumed whole, but shall fight on my feet for Socialism, rather than fall to my knees and accept this sick and vile Capitalism as my love.

Schools need to mandate some employable-skill credit. They send us out into the world with a piece of paper with signatures on it and our name saying we are capable of going to some higher educational institution depending on our academic performance, or at the very least, showing up at a regular time and doing what is told of us; but that doesn’t cut it anymore. I feel like still there is truly no difference between me, who has only work at McDonald’s for a year and has a Diploma, and someone else who has worked at McDonald’s for nearly a year and is one or two years away from getting their diploma. High school needs to work better for students; not only teaching them how to succeed in college but furthermore how to succeed in the workforce if college isn’t right for them or if they are waiting out a year. I would honestly attest that I do not think I learned anything employable in my high school career. Can I solve math problems, and deduce inferences from pieces of literature? Sure! But until I have another fancier degree from a higher educational institution then I’m not going to find a job. If there’s one thing I believe that will boost economic growth, and not just the kind that benefits the rich when we cut their taxes and hope they don’t gobble up the rest like they always nearly do, but the kind that ensures our youth aren’t just left wondering where their future is going while they struggle to pay next month’s rent. Let’s start investing more into our youth so we don’t have to subsidise the elderly as much!

The Nihl’s premise is one of ironic benevolence existence; one must be cruel and decisive, but compassionate, benevolent, and tolerant. If this should so fail, then so must the Nihl’s ability to rule their own realm; for when one is not kind to their mind and themselves then how can one genuinely be benevolent to other’s of Its’ dominion?

Fiscal Conservatism

neumeier:

The great irony of fiscal conservative proponents is that, at the very least, their presidents pathetically fail at the concept of budgeting. Most importantly that of George W. Bush, who pushed and went for a huge tax cut, an very expensive expansion of Medicare (Part D - Drug…

A great way to disprove fiscal conservatism is to show how people claim that they’ll be fiscal conservatives when elected into office and instead do the reverse.
